When you installed macOS Mojave on VMware Workstation, then only the VMware tools is remaining. Follow this instruction because I am going to show you how to do that.
Step 1. Once the installation of macOS Mojave on VMware is done. Power on the Virtual machine, navigate to the top menu bar and click on VM>Install VMware tools.

Step 2. Install VMware tools There is another way too that you can install VMware tools sepratly without the internet. But this method is correct for this process. Once you clicked on Install VMware tools then the application will appear on the desktop. Double click and launch the application. When the VMware tools launched again double click on Install VMware tools.

Step 3. On the welcome wizard of VMware Tools click continue

Step 4. When the installation window comes then click Install, Again click on Continue Installation.

Step 5. During the installation process, you will be required to allow the installation, by entering the password.

Step 6.On the installation window, a pop-up will appear "System Extension Blocked". Click on the System Security Preferences to unblock the VMware tools.

Step 7. Once the Security & Privacy window opened. Click on the lock icon then type your password and press unlock option. To do that check the below screenshot.

Step 8.Now click on Allow option to enable VMware Tools for VMware Workstation on macOS Mojave. Then close the Security & Privacy window.

Step 9. Once the installation is completed you need to restart the virtual machine, click on restart.

When the virtual machine restarted, again we logged in to macOS Mojave you will see the beautiful screen display of macOS Mojave with full-screen mode. However, now every feature of macOS Mojave is enabled on VMware Workstation after installing the VMware Tools.
